AUSTIN, Texas – Lakeway custom home builder Keith Durio, owner of JKD Builder, LLC, received the prestigious MAX Award from the Home Builders Association of Greater Austin April 12 during the association’s annual awards gala.

Durio, a Lakeway resident and longtime home builder in the Austin and Lake Travis areas, received the Silver MAX Award for his Lake Austin waterfront home at 14300 Flat Top Ranch Road in Bellagio Estates. The home was chosen in the Custom Homes $2-$3 million Product Design category.

The 7,580-sq.ft. home sits on more than three areas of prime Lake Austin waterfront. The home features five bedrooms, a five-bay motor court, casita and outdoor living overlooking an expansive lakeside poolscape. The home was completed in late 2007. The home was designed by Lakeway architect Alberto Jauregui. JKD Builder was founded in 2000 and currently is building in Lakeway, Belvedere Estates, and the Woods of Lake Travis.
